Receipes Treasure of Catnip

Catnip Cookies
1 cup whole wheat flour
1/4 cup soy flour1 teaspoon Catnip
1 egg
1/3 cup of milk
1 tablespoon molasses
2 tablespoons butter
Preheat the oven to 350.
Mix all the dry ingredients together. Add molasses, egg, oil, and milk. Oil a cookie sheet and roll mixture out flat. Cut into bite-sized pieces, then put in the oven and bake for 20 minutes. Let cool, and store in a tightly sealed container.
Candied Catnip Leaves
White of one egg
Juice of 1 Lemon
1/2 cup sugar
Combine egg and lemon and stir. Pour sugar onto a plate. Dip fresh Catnip leaves in the egg/lemon mixture, then brush in the sugar on the plate on both sides. On a clean plate, let the leaves dry for about one hour. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
Catnip Chicken
Ingredients:

1 T. flaked mild hard cheese3 oz. raw chicken breast
1/4 t. finely powdered catnipPAM non-stick cooking spray
Cooking Instructions:
Spray a frying pan with cooking spray and pat the chicken into it. Cook chicken until pink has disappeared. Sprinkle cheese on top; add catnip. Serve with water drained from canned tuna, milk, or tap water.


Catnip Drink Recipe
Ingredients to use:
1.0 Oz. 7Up lemon soda grass

1.0 Oz. Puckers apple schnapps
1/4 cup dried mint
1.0 Oz. lemoned
1.0 Oz. Blue Rasp. Puckers raspeberry schnapss

1/2 cup dried catnip flowers
Directions:
Mix all ingrdients in tumbler glass "on the rocks" and enjoy!!
